More about this treatment

Understanding Marma Therapy

Ayurveda describes 107 Marma Points located throughout the body. These are traditionally regarded as important energetic junctions where physical structures and subtle energy meet. During your treatment, selected Marma Points receive gentle attention using warm herbal oils, gentle pressure, circular massage and rhythmic touch. The intention is not deep pressure, but mindful contact within a personalised ritual.

Chakra Balancing

Towards the end of the treatment, attention shifts to the body's seven primary Chakras. Gentle hands-on and hands-above techniques create a quiet, meditative close. This portion of the treatment is calming and reflective.
