What is the Ritual

The Complete Shirodhara Ritual combines Shiro Abhyanga — traditional Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage — with Shirodhara.

The ritual begins with warm-oil massage focused on the scalp, head, neck and shoulders, followed by the slow continuous flow of comfortably warm oil over the forehead.

Massage is not performed on private or intimate areas of the body. Your privacy, dignity and comfort are respected throughout the treatment.
