Why 360?
Modern life affects us from many directions — physical demands, mental workload, emotional experiences, work, relationships, interrupted rest, constant screens and changes in routine. The 360 approach considers these dimensions together rather than isolating one part of experience.
The Four Foundations
The Physical & Lifestyle Foundation
Ayurveda provides the foundation. It considers individual constitution — Prakriti — together with Dosha, nourishment, digestion, daily rhythm, sleep, lifestyle, environment and traditional wellbeing practices.
Body & Mind Integration
Yoga extends beyond physical postures and traditionally explores relationships between body, breath, mind, awareness and inner experience.
The Bridge
Within Yogic tradition, Prana is understood as vital life-force energy and Pranayama refers to practices concerned with breath and Prana. Simple conscious breathing may encourage awareness and a quieter transition from everyday activity.
The Subtle-Energy Dimension
The practitioner's experience in Reiki and energy work also informs this approach. Depending on the service, this may include gentle Reiki integration, Prana, chakra and Marma awareness, and quiet energetic grounding.
Ayurveda foundation
Ahara is the Ayurvedic principle of nourishment. We explore how you eat as well as what you eat — including appetite, meal timing, hydration, food preferences, seasonal eating and the practical realities of your daily routine.
Ayurveda foundation
Vihara considers the way we live each day. Small patterns around waking, sleeping, movement, work, rest and self-care can have a meaningful influence on our overall sense of wellbeing.
Ayurveda foundation
Oushadha traditionally refers to supportive Ayurvedic preparations and therapeutic practices. Where appropriate and within professional scope, your consultation may include general guidance relating to traditional herbs, oils, teas, self-care practices or Ayurvedic bodywork. Any such guidance is complementary wellbeing support and is not a substitute for prescribed medication or medical treatment.
Traditional context
Prana is the vital-life principle described within Ayurvedic and Yogic traditions. Ki comes from the Japanese Reiki tradition. They arise from distinct lineages; Ayur Prana Ki 360 brings complementary practices inspired by both into one framework without claiming they are historically identical or scientifically established anatomical energies.
Traditional Yogic teachings often describe an extensive subtle network of approximately 72,000 Nadis through which Prana is said to flow. Nadis are presented here in their traditional spiritual context and should not be confused with anatomical nerves, blood vessels or medically established physical structures.
The seven major chakra centres are symbolic and spiritual concepts within Yogic traditions rather than anatomical medical structures.
Marma is traditional Ayurvedic vital-point knowledge and is used as part of Ayurvedic bodywork, not to claim manipulation of medical energy structures. Ama is a traditional Ayurvedic concept associated with incomplete processing or digestion within the classical framework; it should not be directly equated with medically defined toxins.
