1. Complaints procedure
The Ayur Chikitsa aims to provide a respectful, safe and professional service.
Please raise concerns as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate them effectively. This request does not limit the time available to exercise any statutory consumer right.
Where appropriate, speak to the practitioner during the appointment so that the concern may be addressed immediately.
Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to:
Email: contactus@theayurchikitsa.com
Please include:
- Your name;
- The date and type of appointment;
- A description of what occurred;
- The outcome you are seeking; and
- Any relevant documents or communications.
We aim to:
- Acknowledge a written complaint within two working days;
- Investigate it fairly and confidentially; and
- Provide a substantive response within 14 working days where reasonably possible.
Where additional time is required, we will explain the reason and provide an updated timeframe.
Making a complaint does not affect your legal rights.
