If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please tell us. We would rather hear from you and put it right.
We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and to give you a substantive response within 14 working days. If we need longer, we tell you why and give you a new date. Complaining does not affect your legal rights or the care you receive.
