Will my treatment be personalised?

Yes. Your therapist selects the herbal oils and, where appropriate, the herbal poultice blend according to your Ayurvedic assessment.

Should I wash immediately afterwards?

For best results, we recommend leaving the herbal oils on the skin for approximately 1–2 hours before showering.

Will my hair become oily?

Yes. This therapy includes a traditional Ayurvedic head massage using warm herbal oils.
