Cancellation terms

More than 48 hours' notice — no fee.
Within 48 hours of the appointment — a fee of 25% may apply after administrator review
Non-attendance (no-show) — a fee of up to 100% may apply after administrator review

I understand the cancellation terms: if I cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before my appointment there is no fee; if I cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of my appointment a fee of 25% of the appointment price may apply after administrator review; and if I do not attend a fee of up to 100% of the appointment price may apply after administrator review. No fee is created or charged automatically merely because an appointment status changes. (Required.)
