Cancellation terms

48 hours' notice or more — no charge; transfer or refund
Less than 48 hours' notice — 50% of the appointment price is charged
Less than 24 hours' notice, or non-attendance — 100% of the appointment price is charged and no refund is given

I understand the cancellation terms: if I cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice I will be charged 50% of the appointment price, and if I cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend I will be charged the full appointment price with no refund. (Required.)
