Overview

What is Ayurvedic Digestive Comfort & Emotional Grounding Ritual — Nabhi Basti?

A traditional dough reservoir is gently positioned around the navel and filled with comfortably warm herbal oil. The sustained warmth creates a deeply grounding experience and, where appropriate, may be followed by gentle abdominal massage.

This complementary wellbeing ritual centres on abdominal warmth, digestive comfort, deep relaxation and reconnecting with the abdominal centre. It does not diagnose or treat IBS, gastrointestinal disease or another diagnosed digestive disorder.

Privacy & Comfort

Massage is not performed on private or intimate areas of the body. Your privacy, dignity and comfort are respected throughout the treatment.

Part of our Ayur Prana Ki 360 approach, while keeping this ritual's traditional purpose clear.
